Know About Your Health Sometimes we take for granted our bodies that we forget to take care of it, we get so worked up when there's piles of work that needs to be done and that you don't notice the effect what is doing to your mental and physical health, if you noticed your body has start reacting to it you need to be alarmed and take care of it all you need to do is simply listen to your body cause if you don't serious health risk are in stake, sometimes we need to set boundaries and consequences for us to be able take care of ourselves and separate our time of work and time for ourselves, and this becomes a habit of us to ignore the signs that what were doing is not healthy, for instance you've got long project to be made and is due tomorrow, your working over time and that causes you to sleepless we all know we need at least 8 hrs. of sleep a day for our body to think properly and respond quickly and compromise your cardiovascular health, energy balance and ability to fight infection but lack of sleep can cause fatigue, irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, sleep deprivation and sex drive, also extra sleep cant cure your problems it affects your sleep cycle, so for assurance cut back does late night parties or other late night stuff you've been caught up of doing especially overtime work or at least schedule time orderly, now if your worrying about something that we cannot do something about will only have damage than good if we have a problem, try to solve it with a proactive stance, and if it cant be solved, simply forget about it, after all you cant do anything about it anyway. Since your schedule is full and you don't have time to exercise you'll become week and you'll seem to be tired for no reason, and in order for you to stay fit and to reduce stress, exercises, it can boost your immune system, and if your to lazy to work out on the gym, walk instead of ridding, lift weight instead of gaining , use stairs instead of elevator cause if you don't your bodies wont function well and is weak to respond when your in a hurry you skip meals or stuff food directly to your mouth without chewing it properly now that's bad at the same time inappropriate, it can cause poor digestion, results constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, stale in mouth, insufficient energy balance, weight gain cause you'll crave when you skip meals, mood swings, for women menstrual dysfunction and muscle loss, so relax and enjoy your meal and if your on diet to skip meals eat at the right time, a don't worry if you'll eat to much your body well tell you when you are full smoking and binge drinking when you've got a habit of this to relieve stress and to forget your problems stop it cause you already know the effects but you still act as if it doesn't matter as long as everyone is doing it. Interesting Fact: smoking can shorten mans penis by as much as a centimeter so even if you don't care that much about your lungs or dying young spare the lil guy would ya.
