BULLYING

Bullying is a problem which everyone experience that happens every day which causes problematic stage mostly teenagers. Really, bullying is a wrong behaviour cause what bullying can do to a person is that it frightened them, makes them feel unsafe, they lose confidence, and for some they harm themselves to end their misery and that's how bad its gonna get. Some people may think bullying is just part of growing up a way for people to learn to stick up for themselves but NO! This is so wrong. There are lots of reasons why bullies do this they may see it as a way of being popular make themselves look tough and in charge, bullies do it to get attention or things, or to make other people afraid them, they may find you different from them, threatening you to do things they don't want to do and make you do it for themselves, hitting or kicking you when they are in a bad mood or possibly they could be jealous of you, will never know, some bullies may not even understand how wrong their behaviour is and how it makes the person being bullied feel. If you've been bullied you should never learn to cope with it cause the more you cope with it the worse the bullying can get, remember you are not the problem the bully is you have the right to feel safe and secure and if your different in some way, be proud of it, stand strong. Spend time with friends cause bullies hardly ever pick on people if they're with others in a group, and if you've tried ignoring the bully or telling them to stop but wont, you can always try telling an adult you can trust cause adults can do things to get the bullying stop and if you find it difficult to talk about being bullied, cause you think or feel embarrassed that your to weak to stop the bullying and cant stop the problem you can always try writing it down if your comfortable that way, then give it to someone you can trust cause maybe they can help solve the problem.

Think about why you did it and how were you feeling at that time. And if you think you are a bully try to find other ways to make yourself feel good without bullying someone and think of putting yourself in a situation they were in for you to know how that feel when they're being bullied.
