AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY

“An Apple a day keeps doctors away” whoever coined that phrase is very much true, apples are known to be The Guardian of our Immune System, if you want to have a simple way to boost your health and have a normal body weight just simply eat apples.

You might still not know about the health benefits about apple so let me shed some light about subject.
What about Apples?
Apart from the rich taste and pleasant look. Apples are extremely efficient in protecting and simulating our immune system that is why it contains a large amount of minerals and vitamins that can strengthen the blood, although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants and flavonoids which enhances the activity of vitamin C. Apples are better eaten when refrigerated and it’s even better when you eat apples with the skin on because most of the nutrients and fibre is found in and directly under the skin. In short its healthy.

What are its Health benefits?

.Apples are believed to make the eyes strong and improve eye sight .It helps strengthen bones .Cleanses teeth and strengthens gum .It also prevent constipation .Reduces your cholesterol level and diabetes .Prevent virus from settling up to 10% in your body .Prevents cancer .Helps weight loss .Prevent kidney stones
.And if you’re thirsty just eat apples are 80% water so its thirst quenching
Now, I’m not gonna tell all the details because I know you’ll be bored reading this stuff.
So I said “it helps weight loss” in what way?

Eat at least 3 apple a day at different times. You can eat it before meals and/or eat it as snacks, please eat what is needed to your body don’t munch on food that is unhealthy and it eat what is enough for your stomach can handle.
Another great thing about apples is that they are very low in calories. Munching on apples can satisfy your hunger without putting too many calories in your body.
If you can't eat so many apples a day, then substitute a couple of apples with bananas, cucumber, carrots etc. as snack replacements.
If you want better results, eat ONLY apples every day. Not only will you lose weight you’ll even have a good complexion.

Did I mentioned that apples can make you look beautiful? Well know I have after all apple is the the symbol of eternal youth.
